Well when it comes to emissions making it look like you passed isnt the same as passing ya know what I mean. NJ recently started to employ mobile inspection stations that can revoke your passed status, because we all know the shop will say none of that stuff was on there when the car was here.

ok, headers are legal, they do a OBD2 test, they also do a visual test. weld up some heat shields to look like cats or get high flow cats, youll pass with them...i have pypes LTs and a o/r h pipe and just passed last month

I do kno someone that can pass it no matter what I have on it (They pass my beat sunfire with the CEL light on) but I just dont want to have to worry about it. You know how it is, when you need someone the most they arent there so i dont want to do it intentionally.

So its either LTs with welded heat shields or shorties. And I may do the swap out mid pipes since it isnt my daily driver
