600 bucks I would do cams if you already have springs. or even gears. I just bought cams but haven't installed yet.

yeah i have 3.73's in already. i don't have springs, or retainers. i priced cams, and a spring and retainer kit, and it was over $700, so that kinda went out the window. so it looks like it's just the shift kit, and stall.

My buddy's friend has 2000 gt, full bolt ons, 4.10's, 100 shot, and a 2800 stall. On bfg's he ran a 12.5. With your mods and a stall, i bet you'll be in the same area.

i ran a 14.0 with a 1.9 60ft with

K&n typhoon
3.73
slp loudmouth cat back
underdrives
and m.t et streets

i also have a terrible tune, thats only for the gear. so i'm hoping to get it dyno tuned.

since i went to the track i added

o/r x pipe, typhoon aluminum intake, and i still have to put on 42# injectors, 90mm maf, the nitrous kit, and the tuner. i just know nothing about nitrous, so it's going to be hard for me lol..i was going to pay someone to do it, but i'd rather buy more stuff lol

a good stall alone will run you around 700 so if it was me i would get the cams

hitech stage 2 cams don't require new springs or anything. But will require a tune. They are under 600 if I remember correctly

you won't need a shift kit with the tune.... get a stall and the tune will change the shifts
