You won't be able to launch until you get a stall. The cams put the powerband at a higher rpm that you need to be at to launch nicely.

well winter is coming on fast here in northwest indiana, so i'll have a little big of time to worry about the stall. but what stall should i get? i was thinking a 2800

The gears you have will really help with the launch but a stall would be vital to get good e.t times

I am almsot ceartin that the comps DO require springs. Hence why i was saying the hitechs. Or did you buy the springs too? Just making sure ya got what you need. I don't plan to do springs right now but I am also only doing CMS stage 1's
