Default Wheel spacer install question. Can I remove this?

Ok so I am trying to install hubcentric 1" wheel spacers. I can't get the flat against the rotor hub or whatever because the clip pictured below is preventing it. Each hub has I think two of these on each one total. Can this be removed or what do I need to do? I assume these are the stock brakes still. Yeah I need to change them this summer I know lol.

Yes you can remove them. They just hold the rotor against the hub when the wheel is removed.

That is bad dude that means you have original brakes!

Actually, they sometimes do!

Those companies usually have a lifetime warranty on thier pads. The pads are hard as a rock and take a long time to fail. Of course, the rotors look like hell by the time the warranty is up

As a side job while in school a couple years ago I worked at Advance Auto. Their brakes are crap from the word "Go". Lifetime or 1 years, it doesn't matter. Brake Dust EVERYWHERE! I'd send Advance customers to Autozone for brakes if I really liked their cars, lol.

lol lifetime warranty pads tend to kill rotors in less than a year I got the clips off guys so thanks for that. The spacers look great. Would have went with 1.5" but was affraid they wouldn't work as well with 17x9 or 18x9 in the future. I will try to post pics tmrw.
