for anyone who doubts... go powershift your car and find out for yourself. People who dont run faster while doing it... aren't doing it right

If dont right it wont damage anything. I mean beating on the car puts added wear and tear period.. theres no getting around that

My stock 100k mile tranny just won't let me in 2nd if I try and powershift it, I've tried several times, always end up bouncing off the limiter, atleast I'm out somewhere rural and not at the track to look dumb lol.

Mine lets me, just makes some weird sounds after i do it. It will do it and not think twice about it. But it will regret it afterwards. lol But also my clutch might be fried because of doing it...yay stock clutches. My stock clutch wore out after powershifting like 30 times and my friend launches on a 125 shot on a 2 step with the stock clutch and his is just freakin fine...figures.

It's the driver.

This just goes to show what all these 13sec boosted GT's COULD BE capable of if they could drive.

Every time I power shift from 1st to 2nd, I just spin bad. I usually just speed shift every gear, and it seems to work pretty well. I think power shifting is an excellent idea if you have some sticky tires.

^^^AGREED!!! I think i wanna save up next summer for a Promotion T3650 with a centerforce DFX clutch and 31 spline axles and diff. Big order but I like to set my goals high...which is why my goal is to either turbo my car in the next two years or be in something that has 4 valves and a 6 speed.
