Default 1st Gear Whine
I bought a 2000 GT auto about 6 months ago as my DD. It has 66,000 miles and I have noticed that 1st gear has a bit of a whine. All others are fine. Is this normal? It shifts fine and everything, 1st just makes some noise. Other than that, I have put 7,000 miles on it and only had to change a fog light bulb. Im pretty happy with it. Thanks

my 98 does it too and in 2nd and a little in others under 2K. but i have a Tri-Ax shifter so makes things more noticible
