dude, was going 20mph getting onto the interstate , not speeding or anything, if I was it would probably be a lot worse than my bumper and fender being messed up, i didn't do anything wrong, hydroplaned, thats it, can't do anything about it. Once you hydroplane you have no control anymore, just going along for the ride.
I realize it was MY fault, but there was nothing I could do about it.

I guess everyone driving on the Interstate this morning should have been wrecked off the road that morning since you did nothing wrong and couldn't have been going to fast for the conditions and/or your equipment. Do yourself a favor and take responsibility and learn from YOUR mistake.
okay that is a douchebag thing to say you don't know if he's lying, how his tires are (fronts look bad in the pics), how the road was, etc. that's why they're called accidents.

is there anyway that you can fight those tickets? or at least the going too fast for condition tickets?? show the judge those pictures lol... you couldn't have been going over 20 by the looks of it.. cops suck sometimes, but it might be mandatory for him to write you a ticket like that as bramas kinda stated above
im always nervous in the rain when im taking a turn for this exact reason. sometimes you never know if the car is going to grab, or if you are going to hit too much water and just slide... at least you're ok and you can get a sickkkkk front end..
