Looking to get an mmr shortblock; looking between the mmr600 and mmr800. on the shortblocks i see that they both still have options to upgrade the mainstuds, headstuds, and sidebolts even though the 800 is rated stronger than the other.

For example: MMR 600 uses i-beams and a cast crank, ok fine... i can see why they would give these options if someone was going to get close to or over 600 hp:

Upgrade to MMR block side bolts (recommended for 500+ HP) +$44.99
ARP Mainstuds (recommended for 600+HP) +169.99
ARP Headstuds +$269.99

Now, MMR 800 uses h-beams instead of the i beams and a forged cobra crank giving the extra 200 hp rating right?

SO WHY THE HELL DO THEY STILL HAVE THESE OPTIONS?!

??!?!? why would someone buy the mmr800 when they still need to upgrade those items in the mmr600?? What if someone buys and mmr800 out the door no options as listed and goes to 750 hp and it blows up, i guess your S*1T outta luck huh? cause you didnt upgrade the hardware? that makes no sense, it should atleast come WITH the mmr800 since mains and side bolts are needed past 600 right? or else why is it an mmr800 regardless of the rods/crank if itll only hold 600 ish..

basically im asking what do i NEED. i will be boosted running 18cc pistons.

i just need to know if the supplied head/main studs and rod bolts in the mmr600/800 will be good to 650 rwhp MAX (never going to go 4v, just ported 2v PI heads at the most).
