Lynn - That's the exact site that i have been lookin at. I found them through ebay selling their standard rate kit for $50 shipped! HOWEVER, when i look at all of the pictures on their website, all of the lights blink way too quickly for me besides the red 99-04 tail lights. i emailed these guys and asked them a million questions, and they say that the 99-04 on their site has the slow rate kit installed (which is $65 shipped). And i am willing to pay the extra for the slow rate bc it's more noticeable and just the perfect speed compared to the other pictures on the website.

can you tell me which kit you bought and which picture on their website that your sequencer speed relates to? That would be a HUGE help...

Seanandkate - i checked out that site and he wants like $150 for splice in and $250 for plug n play right? forget that!!

becareful with the slow blink. if it's too slow then the third light won't light up in time. my outside bulb barely blinks, so it's the perfect time delay.

Oh really? I didn't know this. Thanks for the heads up. Sometimes with the really quick ones it appears that the 3rd light on each tail light barely blinks anyways.. It seems to be Hit or miss IMO

And the chase looks BAD ***. check out this sight youll love them. http://www.meter4it.com/ hes got videos of every setting. I use chase. Plus hes got a warranty. so no need to worry about them either.
+1 for these.

I've had this kit for a few years now, never a single problem. Works wonderfully. Added tail light outlines to make the black lines wider - it's unique and no one has anything terrible to say. It's just different.

Manufactured with OEM components, pre-wired, plug-in, lifetime warranty, free shipping, easy-to-follow instructions and they automatically adjust the sequencing speed to match the turn signal flasher in your car...all for $119.95 at:
http://www.webelectricproducts.com/products.htm

I ordered mine on a Saturday afternoon and they came in the mail on Monday...still can't figure out how they got here so quick.
