Gears
Mufflers
H/X Pipe
Long Tubes/Shorties
Underdrive Pulleys
Cold Air Intake
Throttle Body
Plenum
Tuner
Could also consider a Short Throw Shifter

Ya it should be close, but here at the local track i have seen 05+ GTs with hardly anything done running low 13s.

If they can drive it should be really close.

I kept up with one with 4 people total(including myself) in the car with him just being the driver...and i started out in 3rd at 35. He ended up having a sts, axleback, 3.73's and a CAI and i kept up with him with the mods in the sig with all that weight. Have yet to take on one solo without all the added weight.
