that is overpriced IMO. you could get a custom box built for cheaper.

just build your own. find the volume required for your size sub, go to home depot or similar. pick up 3/4" MDF wood and start cutting. Ive made them in a day and im no carpenter

tape was to let plug dry lol

yes i realize both cars have alot bigger trunks but it gives you an idea. play with the dimensions of what is the required volume. im going to be making one for my 04 GT with a 10" JL sub.

I built mine myself, took me about 30 mins for a 1 sub square enclosed. then I let it dry for the rest of the day.

Ha yea I am the seller. I just read all the other posts on here or else I would have said something before.

I understand that any joe shmo can slap a few pieces of MDF together with glue and screws but these are molded to fit into the corners of the trunk saving space in our already small trunk (esp verts) as well as easily fitting 12" or even 15" subs.

I was trying to get some views as well as opinions on how much one would pay for it or both. Trying to find a fair price for the buyer and seller

buddy of mine builds them just like that with carbon fiber. pretty easy process once you've seen it done.

I would set the price somewhere around 65-80. thats around what i was charged for a custom box in my DD a few years back.

the box you had made was a Fiberglass box? or something else? I was thinking of lowering it to 99.99 obo and see how that goes.. Theres another guy on there that sells wooden ones on ebay with carpet and they are going for that (if hes selling them lol) Id like to get it so im getting a couple now and then. I dont want to be flooded with them. Maybe that price will do that. Going as low as 60 is pretty much not worth the time in my eyes after the cost of materials. Thanks for the input though!!
