I raced a LS1 SS Camaro on the highway from around 60-115 mph, and we were pretty even. He at least had a cat back, but i'm guessing the rest was stock.

Race him and find out for sure... but im agreeing w/ everyone else, it will be a drivers race.
But with cams you will win no doubt... im guessing you already know that though
