Default Two Questions...

OK. So I have two questions for you guys.

1. Does anyone have a picture of the IAC valve on a 2000 GT? I cannot find it, and feel like I am staring right at it without realizing it.

2. Do I have a PI or non-PI motor? I tried searching but PI keeps being ignored since its two letters, so I cannot figure out if 2000's had PI's or not. Something I have been wondering since a couple people have told me different things. And I don't trust all of those people all that much, haha.

Thanks for the info! I know you won't let me down!!!

That's what I thought and also what I wanted to hear. Thanks CP. There is one valve type thing on my throttle body, but it's not a screw type valve. It is just a reader for how open my TB is I think. Since I have had some idle issues, I wanna clean my IAC and I don't think what I have found is it....

Yep, 1999-2004 were the years for the PI motor.

awesome. found the iac valve. sprayed some carb cleaner. let it soak, started it. seemed slightly better. give it a chance to loosen up for a few days and hopefully good to go.

thanks guys

The IAC is not a serviceable part. Replace it.
