here's an easy way to tell. do you have leather? than you have the GT premium. cloth? GT deluxe. and look at your headrests. if thay are small and kind of rectangular, then they're the standard interior package. but if you have larger oval headrests that tilt forward, along with bright peddles, silver door lock plunges, and silver bezels around your radio and shifter, than on top of your GT premium package you also have the IUP package (interior upgrade package). i upgraded my interior to everything that came in the IUP except for the door lock plungers (for now, just until i can find a set).

I thought the IUP package was offered on 03 or maybe 04's. Never seen it on earlier years. Rims..... Like everybody before me has stated, those Bullits are factory standard, regardless of deluxe or premium designation (although I've seen a few cars with V6 16" rims, not sure wtf's up with that). They sold a lot of 04's with '99 Cobra rims, and I've seen a few with '99-'00 5 spoke GT rims.
