I've buried it once on the 40hwy when I was still NPI and 2.73 gears. That was a long trip to 150, lol.

When we street race some of the people try to play that stupid youtube "Texas nights rule" of 100mph from the starting speed. If try to pull that crap I just let them win or forfeit the race. It's retarded to go that fast. It's dumb enough we're street racing in the first place.

100mph is the rule, thats how it should be done...if you start at 40 go to 140, if you start at 80 go to 180..etc etc

I'm not that serious about street racing. Heck I'm not even that serious about strip racing. I like to turn the steering wheel when I race.

I hit 135 by GPS against a ranger. I let him get the jump, got door to door at 120, then shifted into fifth, looked down and went wtf and **** myself......

There arent any roads around me worthy of 100mph+ speeds...although ive done about 115 and that was plenty fast for a stock suspension car with 100,000 miles. I think that anything over 100 is probably pretty hazardous for most people. It takes so much more skill to drive at that speed cus one wrong adjustment on the steering wheel...and your *** is grass.

haha yeah. I guess the speed-o was off a lil. I looked at my GPS this mornin and it only registered at "142 MPH", boo

But still, it was a rush for sure.

BTW, again, there wasn't anybody else on the road, and I do not consider myself a "street racer" haha.

Heres a funny fact. I use to own a 04 Eclipse V6 (please don't flame me, it was my first car). The eclipse @ 60 MPH drove like the Mustang at 120 MPH. Its crazy the way that car felt like it was "up on its feet" (and not the good kind, the very "unstable" kind)

Stupid Euro Cars.

*EDIT*
Yes, I am aware Japan is not in Europe. haha
