I think that they both sound really good, but i know lots of people say match your midpipe with your headers... but not sure if it really matters

+1 i made my shorty o/r h from my stock h pipe. Didn't take too long and its really not hard at all if you have the materials and are able to weld and such.

well the shorty o/r H/X's are what? $100ish? I guess if you already have all the tools necessary to shorten the stock pipe up and get it to measure up right it would be worth it, but that's more then $100 in tools/labor already (even if you do work yourself, you are spending your time doing that, instead of something else, which has a cost (thank you econ 1101)) haha.

You'll love the pro chamber man. I loved the sound of my O/R H too, but it just was way too loud. The pro chamber has a nice "muffled" tone that is quite unique. If you get on it, its still loud enough, but if you want to not **** people off if you are just casually driving, its perfect.

Agreed, too much time and work IMO and in the end it wont even really save you anything

its really not that much work if you have the tools like you said. And moneywise im saving 100-150 dollars lol. Its not costing anything but my time which is free for me!
