Default Squeaking from rear springs

I just put on steeda lowering springs on my 04 GT. I forgot to put on the isolators and now im getting a horrible squeaking noise from the rear springs ! Is that due to no isolators ?

More than likeley. Some people keep them out and never hear anything. I left mine out and sprayed a good bit of wd40 in there to prevent rust and to keep them quiet

More than likely the squeak is there because you don't have any isolators. But a lot of people don't use iso's and have no problems.

I for one am going to be removing my iso's come spring time. I will most likely throw some heavy grease on the ends of the springs and maybe wrap the ends in duct tape a little bit. The lower look and slightly better steering response will be worth it to me.

I bet it looks nice and low now though

Depending what kind of isolators you put it, you can raise the car up by almost an inch compared to no isolators... I would do some searching before you go and buy new isolators.. Figure out which ones you want to put in, or better yet, maybe just go in there with some heavy grease and duct tape and see if that quiets things down.

Install didn't take THAT long did it? Just go in there again and try to fix it before buying things

Maybe cut some rubber hosing and put it under your iso's. Search for the easy fix
