Default Need to take off my ford oval..

Needing to take off my ford oval on the drunklid to do some stuff. I know where is a whole behind it. Is it bolted on there os something? How can I remove it without damaging it or the paint?

Why u need it off? And i believe u should just be able to pop it off

Coolness. Trying to pop it off to have a friend help do a black out vinyl on the back instead of ordering one that if I screw up I lose the money lol

Should look nice, get some pics up of the blackout, also let me know how it was to do, im considering doing it.

Btw where u ordering it from?
and glossy or flat black??

Just dont pry against the decklid with a screw driver to get the emblem off! You can crack the fiberglass...

but +1, heat it up, yank some string through there to losen up the adhesive, and pull it off.

There are actually 2 holes behind it...

While you're doing that, you might want to consider this:

Nice Thanks for all the advice. I'm not ordering the graphic for the blackout. I have alot of extra gloss black vinyl that I'm not using. I'm going to try and make a template since it's a pretty basic bunch of cuts and see if I can make it and still keep it clean and neat.
