What kinda dyno was it?? My dads car was put on a mustang dyno and it said it only put down 320 hp? And its close to 400 easy. But the tranny issue may be it as well.

well take it this week to check it out , i have sct for the tune , i dont know just thinking to change it to Manual rather then auto

thats what i was thinking, those cams look pretty agressive, tuner probably had to retard the timing so much you lost power? sounds like your combo is good at making power at 6500+rpms..which your motor can rev to

Wrong. The cams are just fine for the stock bottom end. You just can't completly utilize those cams on a stock bottom end. The tuner sounds like he doesn't know what he is doing. Are you throwing any codes? Is your CEL on? Post your dyno graph.
