Back again for more problems on the 96.
Quite the problem child I must say, but the car's growing on me.

My O/D light is flashing. Been doing it for a while. But nothing was acting abnormal.
O/D shifts in and out just fine, the only thing I ever noticed is when shifting into 3rd gear it was more of a slide then a shift, compared to 1st to 2nd you could feel it.

Lately, 1st to 2nd has been kicking a little bit, but nothing way out of ordinary. O/D still flashes, but only does it for about the first 5 minutes of me driving. Afterwards, nothing.

I tried pulling codes, I even took the car around the block, then came back and checked while O/D was flashing. nothing.

I checked the ATF level, seems fine.



....Maybe time for a T-45 swap?

o/d light flashing usually means problems with the transmissions wiring or even the electrical connections on the valvebody
