RE: the Shark CC plates--something that sort-of sinks in¹ after living a while is that when you buy "the cheapest there is", there is a very good chance you will get "the cheapest there is".
This is not always so, however it happens more often than not...
------------------------------------------
¹ - I say ""sort-of" because the siren call of a deal is hard to resist, here's a photo of one of the C.A.M. CC plates I bought on eBay for $75 just after I got the car--this happened in less than 8k miles:
And I'm over 60 and should know better...

Hey man!
The wheels look good. Some new tires may be in order before long though.
I have had good luck with Maximum Motorsports C/C plates and have never heard of anyone having issues with them. They may cost a little more, but are worth it!

They are FRPP C-Springs with the dead coil cut off. I'm not 100% sure how much was cut though because I bought them that way.

Tire sizes(didnt choose these btw): fronts are 265/35's and the rears are 315/30's. I wish the fronts were a little wider with the same profile as they would be a little taller and would protect the wheels a little more.
Traction: Yes, i do have traction in this cold weather
Lowering...in progress. Taking out the struts, cc plates, and springs in the front for complete MM coilover conversion with bilstein HD struts and MM caster camber plates come spring. The reason why it looks like it should be lower is because the front tires are so damn small. But should be fixed by spring.
New tires: Came with the deal. They were his winter tires. came with a spare set of pirellis for the rear coming in at 295/35's. They have about half tread left...but they are a 140 treadware rating. So i will need tires sometime next summer/fall.
Cliffy's post: I didnt want these and my dad got them instead of the MM ones i wanted. He is the one that always complains about how noisy they are and its his fault really. So he should only be mad at himself.
And thanks for all the kind words.
