Default battery mounted in trunk ?s

im needing to mount my battery in the trunk so i can put the water tank in its place for my water to air setup. im going to get a kit but is there anything i shound watch for? thanks

Just buy a good quality kit. I got the Premium kit from Summit. Where in the great state of Kentucky are you?

nice setup. i like where the battery cut off switch is. im hoping to break into the 11s, needing more suspension mods and stickys though

Thanks, the switch took some thought. I was very hesitant in cutting a hole in the car. Now I can remove the switch , replace the license and it's gone.. lol Good luck on the 11's, always good to see a quick New Edge. You go to Clay City or Bowling Green?

i havent had this car on the track(not worthy yet lol, just full bolt ons). waiting on spring to get here. got a v2 with a r trim, custom water to air intercooler and a pmas blow through maf going in it. just need the fuel pump, battery kit and gauges to get. i went to BG a few times when i had my 03 duramax but last year we start going to jamestown 1/8 mile on test tune nights

jayc, with a plastic box, you need a firewall for the trunk dont you? for the nhra

No, plastic must be sealed and vented to outside the car. You can see the clear vent tubing in the pic. I passed NMRA tech with not problems after I showed the tech guy where the switch was. lol
