Parts needed for gears??

If you're not taking your car to the strip every weekend and you're NA, you don't need a 31 spline setup unless you are dying to be able to say you have one. You would have to be really unlucky to blow up your 28 spline without a lot more power or launching on slicks often.
Buy the gears and fluid from AM, and get a bearing kit that includes axle bearings and seals from somewhere else. I think I got mine from Jeggs. You won't need a t-lok rebuild either unless you have seriously beat on your car.

Id go with the 31 spline axles and stuff just because it doesnt take launching on slicks to snap an axle. A friend snapped his axles with dr's and bolt ons launching on idle. Doesnt take slicks and built suspension to snap axles. But its your choice and your money. So spend it how you would like.

I'm the kinda guy that waits till it breaks to replace it,that being said, my 28 splines have held up to some pretty hefty nitrous launches for the past year and a half.So just from my experience id say should be fine with the stock axles and diff.

cp, put the extra money towards your girlfriend or getting one. You will get more from that investment
