Default Exhaust

Hey guys, spring is coming and I want to make a few changes to my 2001 gt. One of the changes I had in mind is my exhaust system. Right now I have a Flowmaster system on there. I don't exactly know which model because it was already on the car when i bought it. But i'm thinking of getting a SLP Mustang Loudmouth 2 catback system. I was just wondering if any of you had this system and could offer any info as to it being a good system. I appreciate any info.

My brother had SLP, and overall he said it was pretty good. He should know since he went through 9 exhausts systems lol. Personally i like SSS the best, but if i had to choose another straight through style muffler it would either be Borla or SLP as a close second.

I have Flows. I love them. If they're not loud enough for you, youtube flows with off-road H-pipes. Youtube is a great too to look into different sounding exhaust setups.

Default Exhaust

I have American Thunder with an O/R H pipe. On a convertible it is pretty loud, some drone, but when I switched the gears it cruises at a higher rpm on the highway now, so its better.

Mods in sig.; I dig 'em. Loud but very tolerable. I say do LM1's if you're gonna keep your stock midpipe, LM2's if you're gonna go to an aftermarket pipe.

My entire exhaust system is aftermarket. I have BBK headers and BBK mid pipe with high flow cats. So what i'm basicly looking for is just a better sounding exhaust system that's a little louder, and maybe adds a little more HP.
