I'd Probably keep your car, im selling ine for a 98 cobra, but its your decision. Ive learned to never settle for something. so if your not completely happy then sell it. there was like 9 million mustangs made so you'll find another one lol
HAHAHAHA ditching the wife will break me for sure. I have to keep her till my youngest is 18 or atleast that is what I tell her.

The main reason for this post is because I want to spend some money on the car but hate to if I keep think about a foxbody. The 2001 is the more sensible car for sure but I have never been accused of that....impulsive, impatient.....

I love my fox, but it doesnt drive as nice as my 00 GT. This is expected with such an age difference, but the 00 just feels light-years better. I think they both look great, but a pushrod-New Edge would be my choice

I'm only 19 but my first car I bought was a 92 5.0 hatch and man did I love that car. I think if your going to have this car for a DD then I would just keep the 01 GT but if the car is going to be the fun car or a project for you and your kid then go for the car you always wanted.

I will definitely own a notch one day! I'm 19 at the moment and am afraid there will be no more notch's in the future that are low mileage and well taken care of.

you think that but you will be surprised , all the old farts and stone age people who have them now and have no knowledge of the internet will eventually one day find out about auto trader online. They might want to sell there well taken care of fox mustang , driven only 5 times a year with the original factory tires. Ive seen it happen , There is a lady selling her late husbands 67 mustang with only 10000k miles on the original odometer, thing is flawless. You just have to be patience and keep looking.
