brakemotive rotors??

Default brakemotive rotors??

so i have to replace all four rotors and have been looking at cross drilled and slotted rotors i have herd alot about the drilles ones cracking i go to the track about 3 times a year and only take the car out when its nice. should i go with just slotted ones?? and what have you herd about brakemotive rotors any good for the price?

I know nothing about them lol. I bought SSBC "big bite" rotors for my mustang and they did a nice job, they're holding up well, look pretty good too. Sorry for not answering your question, just trying to give ya what little help I can.

A couple of years ago I bought SSBC slotted rotors (all 4, stock size) w/ Hawk pads from Latemodel Restoration for like $300.

Drilled rotors are not recommended for anything but show cars--read more here...

Just get Brembo blanks. Cheap and effective.

I do not recall the price. They were cheaper than doing the cobra kit though. I bought them from CJ Pony Parts. If you shop around, I'm sure you can find them cheaper.

SSBC brakes are sold at CJ Pony Parts. They sell whole kits and blank rotors and such. If i were you, i'd just try to look for a set of 03 cobra brakes used or on a junk yard car or something. Thats just me though.

yeah i just bought all 4 with breakmotive cross drilled and slotted rotors with pads for 150 shipped my buddy had these on his 03 cobra with no problems plus they have a 1 year warr. against cracking. i dont do autocross and the traack i go to gives you alot of room to stop i dont ride my brakes hard.

FRPP slotted/drilled rotors up front,with hawk pads on my DD. almost 3 years now and no cracks. I'll double check tho when i go out side for a smoke.
