+1!!!

Actually just sell the Mustang anyway!!! LOLjsldfjasdoiunf;alskdj

The new 09's are pretty good from a roll. They would probably surprise a lot of the morons in this thread. It should be close but your 4.10s are going to probably give you enough of an edge.

Ohhh yeah dude, look at the specs:
http://www.edmunds.com/new/2009/niss...048/specs.html

HP of 270 but GROSS WEIGHT of over 4000 pounds. You should TOTALLY smoke THE RICE!!!16!! Being an '09 Coupe six speed there must be millions out there and stuff!!

+1 at the first half of your comment but on the other hand, you dont look at GROSS weight you should look at CURB weight which is below 32xxlbs, sorry.

I could understand possibly losing to g35, 370z, but if you lose to an Altima you need driving lessons. Plus you will never hear the end of it from your friend. Beat him down like he stole something. But be safe.

I also have a best friend that has an 03 G35 coupe, 6 speed, plenum spacer, INJEN CAI, Y pipe. SMOKED him by 3 cars 0-120. And both the G35 and the Altima coupe V6 have the same exact motor.

It's weird though because the Altima coupe even with just the CAI, seems to pull SLIGHTLY more than the G35 with the few mods done to it...

The G35's are RWD compared to FWD...which I think means there is more drivetrain power loss for the G35.

Another thing too, the Altima is probably lighter than the G35, or maybe the guy just drives better.

There is more drivetrain loss on RWD vs. FWD? Never knew that...
