Will these work on my 02 gt and what type of hp if any at all would they add?
Also is it a good price and what else would i have to do to get these to work...

They would work, and bolt up fine, but you'll need all kinds of extra 4v specific stuff. coolant tubes, oil cooler/thermostat housing, intake, t/b, throttle cable, fuel rails, timing case cover for 4.6, plus lots more I'm sure. Then idk what kind power inprovements you'll see since putting these heads on a stock pi shortblock will lower your compression quite a bit, but I'd say you'll gain some power anyway. Pm bramas or maybe he'll post here, I think he has swapped a set of 4v heads on a pi shortblock, he'd be able to tell you everything you'd need for sure.

What about just putting in cobra cams? or are they like the same thing?

You can't do the Cobra cams with your setup. You'll have 2 extra cams left over.

I see the caps for the cams are off, so if you do but them make sure you put the right ones back on there proper location. I'm not saying you don't already know to do this, but I have seen a countless number of guys put them back on in the wrong spot, this will tear up the cams and the heads will be junk.
