Best Exhaust Combo?

I want Headers and O/R X-pipe, I already have Magnaflow Mufflers and wanna keep them. Ive heard SLP LT headers and catted X pipe, and I think that sounds the best, BUT ive heard it isnt the greatest for flow and performance, whatd yall think?

Mac Headers and lethal performance X pipe. Mac is good quality for the price, i added it up one time and for the Long tubes, x pipe, gaskets and all that other stuff it was like $600. not bad IMO

All mid pipes flow basically the same weather they're catted or not. Buy based on sound. If you like SLP long tubes and a catted x then get it, but keep in mind it won't be very loud with Magnaflow mufflers.

If you at least get the SLP catted xpipe for the time being, it's at least adjustable so if you want to have it connect to long tubes in the future.

a lot of this will be for sound....the hp differance in setups will be relatively small.

Well its the performance mufflers, where theyre empty on the inside and just have a peice of metal on the inside in the shape of a V by the inlet tube.

have yall ever heard of Kuk tubes or something like that, the headers that allow you to take off one of the tubes for easier installation, whats yalls opinion on that?

That sounds like a chambered muffler to me. Magnaflow mufflers are straight through style, unless they have a version that i'm unaware of.

I think you might be referring to Kooks headers. They are some of the very best headers you can buy, but they're very expensive.

1.) go to youtube
2.) use their search function to find different exhaust set ups
3.) fine the company that carries the exhaust parts cheapest- order it

The differences in gains between various exhaust is minute. Pick the one you think sounds best. It's your car, everyone thinks different exhaust setups sound better as compared to others.

regular magnaflow mufflers are a chambered muffler acutally. just saying. But the best exhaust combo is 4v's, longtubes, catted x, and SLP LM1's :D

Okay, i wasn't sure. It's just the packs that are straight through right?
