bought some factory ford cobra r rims last night off ebay. the guy was in the same area as me so i went to pick em up. i won the action for 120 bucks for three almost new condition cobra r's. when i went to pick em up i only had two hundos to pay with, so the kid goes no thats ok just give me one hundred for em. how good of a damn deal is this??? i mean these from ford retail around 500 a piece don't they??? these have to be stolen have to be!!!

That or the kid thought that they were replica wheels that werent really worth much. But yea, sounds like too good of a deal to be true...but it is so you got a bargain!!! :D (not gonna call it a steal cus of the nature of the thread. lol)

hahah no pun intended......no the kid knew they were ford factory wheels. thats why i only bought 3 instead of 4. he had the 4th one but it was a replica. the first thing he showed me was the ford marking on the back spoke of each rim. lol so weird. all i need is a forth one now that i'll prob have to pay 300 for lollol

I do that stuff all the time, you buy something off ebay going for a ridiculous deal and turns out you can tell it was stolen. Like a dvd I got, was like NIB $2.50. I was like **** YEAH!!! Then I receive it and the idiot slashed thru the barcode on the back :icon_doh: kid must not have known they use the crickets to catch you, not the barcode, oh well.

I gave mine away for $60 with tires. IDK about other people but I don't do this for the money.
