Default Hawk Brake Pads

I added a set of Hawk Ceramic brake pads and power slot rotors to the front of my 04 GT. Ever since the install, im getting a sqeaking noise front the front while driving. When I apply the brakes, the noise goes away. Any ideas to what this could be ? I have checked to see if anything is rubbing and it looks fine.

well I don't think it's the pads... that leaves one thing... they weren't put on right/something got screwed up while they were being installed?

Take 'em out, clean the metal backing/shims and piston faces, then use some of this when reassembling. I would never install pads without using Brake Quiet, I think CRC makes a similar product as well...

I thought that there was no way to screw up an oil change.....then I dumped 5 quarts of oil on the ground.

An unistall / re-install couldn't hurt.
