need help with tires/rims please give advice
i really want some fat chunky tires and im going for the nitto 555 dr they look to good to pass away the only problem is that there 315 (which to me is a good thing) the problem is the website where im going to get the tires say it gose with a deep dish 10.5 in but the rim is a 17, i really want an 18 in rim but cant fine one with 10.5 only 18x10, the question is will the nittos 315 fit on the 18x10?? is a good for daily driving?? or should i jus go with the 17x10.5 by the way the wheels are the cobra r

What wheels are you looking at that you want in 18"??? You can get the 18x10.5 03 cobra replica wheels from AFS on ebay. Thats what i have and im going to be running a 315/30-18 tire on the back. But they dont make that size for the Nitto d/r. But now i must ask which d/r youre talking about. Because there are now 2 nitto drag radials out. The NT555R's are decent for DD'ing and dont hook awesome like some other D/R's. The new NT05R's are supposed to hook like mickey thompson's do but they wont last long with a 00 treadwear rating. So the old nitto dr's will work fine for DD. But they arent the stickiest. So if being sticky is important to you then find another tire. But if you like the nitto dr's, then they make a 305/35-18 drag radial and its a great tire.

According to the Nitto website, they don't make a 555R 18" tire thats 315 wide. They have 305/35-18, 305/40-18, 305/35-18 (all would go well on an 10" wheel) or 335/35-18. The 315/35 555R is specifically for 17x10.5 wheels. The NT05 comes in a 315/40-18. The NT01 in a 315/30-18.
