uppers go inside under the seat. You need to cut a little, but Ive seen how they stiffen the car and it looks great. What you need to remember is the SFC also control twisting, so its not always a compression/tension force. Rather a torque application which in case the size matters, the MM ones are huge at 1x2 inches. However I dont know if there is a real difference, maybe if you are racing or something but normal DD/drag strip once in a while, those AM ones will be fine IMO.

I know what they are, I just hadn't ever heard of them referred to as upper and lowers. Uppers = through the floor subframes.

I run the MM ones and wouldn't buy another brand because of the reputation MM has just like The Jazzer said. You pay for the name for a reason IMO.

I really like this picture. Still amazes me. Shows how much stiffening upper and lower sfc's add.

Jazzer, check your PMs.

I bought the MM ones because I wanted it done "right" MM was the original designer of the full length design and they seem to know what they are doing. All there products are engineered with high standards. When I finally do LCA's I'm getting the extreme duty ones by them. However, now that I think about it, its hard to "mess up" a sub-frame connector... As long as its close to 1x2 inches and about the same thickness you wouldn't notice a difference.

Either way, the sn95's need them bad enough that anything will feel like 100% better.

Perfect example: Short through shifter, MMFLSFC--> MGW and the AM ones are steeda/ Pro 5.0. All feel worlds better, but MGW is a bit better according to some.
