ok so heres the new tranny specs..

stage one friction plates,bands,clutches etc
upgraded to a 8 clutch direct clutch pack
a new custom built 3200 stall converter
a performance valve body

the shop said everyone of my clutchs and bands were burnt up, damn "facepalm"
im just hard on cars lol

but i wouldnt be as happy with a ls1 or any pontiac or chevy for that matter i wouldnt be as happy cuz theres nothing like the first time you beat a z28 camaro with a cowl hood that thinks hes hot **** and he has a surprised look on his face like wtf does that thing have in it...i walked a z28 down the highway sometime last week and it was a great feeling lol

lol yeah i know, i was being sarcastic

although my wife's grand prix gxp does have a 5.3 LS4 and it's one hell of a smooth motor. i've taken S197 Mustangs in that car before, you can imagine the surprise on their face when they get beat by a 4 door sedan lol
