I'm thinking of going to the 893st from sylvania. Do these lights run blue? I have the silverstar for headlights.

No sylvanias are blue, they are all yellow or white light depending on what kind they are. Some say the silverstars are slightly blue but you would know since you have them apparently. If you want blueish fogs without going to HID's buy the luminics bulbs off of american muscle. They are the bluest bulbs you can find I think, I bought them to match my 8000k HID's, but haven't installed them yet.
