Any car that is 5 years old or newer doesn't have to be inspected at all now in MO. That just started this year.

In a nut shell you should clarify, but computer do you mean they put a sniffer on the tailpipe or they attach a computer to the OBDI II port on the car? The first it won't matter, the second will look at the individual sensors.

In texas, you can have two systems not ready and still pass. All depends on the state.

I passed here in Louisiana with my O2s turned off with the tune, they plug it into the computer and read codes. Since mine wasn't throwing any codes I was fine. IDK about your state though.
