I bought a SCT X3 and I don't really have the money for a dyno tune right now. Has anyone tried the Brenspeed email tune for a manual new edge GT? I mainly need to adjust my speedo because of my 4.10s and apparently the X3s don't come with canned tunes.

I have a generic 93 octane tune from Brenspeed on my car and it seems to be okay, of course not as good as a dyno tune but it does the job

I have the 93 octane tune from Brenspeed & I'm satisfied with it, I will suggest that u ask them to turn T/C off with their tune.

I've heard nothing but good things about Brenspeed's tunes. I was gonna have my chip burned by them but they wouldn't do it unless I bought the tuner from them. A dyno tune will give you the best results but if your just running bolt ons and haven't done Cams or F/I, I think a canned tune is just fine. My buddy dynoed his Bama Chip tuned 03 GT and the tuner said the canned tune was awsome. My tune was through American Muscle and despite their bad reputation with tunes my 91 octane tune pulls pretty hard. Good luck with your decision!
