Default Lowering Springs and supports

looking to put a drop my 04 gt vert and put some better support on the front and rear end. Any suggestions on what springs to use for the verts? im having problems finding info for these. Also looking for recommendations for better front and rear supports for better turning handling. thanks.

You lookin to slam the car? If you get springs, its always wise to get shocks/struts and some CC plates as well (maximum motorsports preferably)...

As for springs, I think the nicest drop is the H&R Supersports. Drops it was like 1.75" up front and 1.5" out back? Check Americanmuscle.com or other online stores for more details and some customer pictures as well. They have a lot of pictures that you can choose from and see what you like and dislike.

As for strengthening the chasis, start off with FLSFC (maximum motorsports). The stock vert subframe connecters are no good from what everyone says. So get yourself some full length subframe connectors as a start. That should make the car MUCH more solid. The sky is the limit with suspension lol.

How far are you wanting to take the suspension modification??? If youre really serious about the suspension, you could forgo stock location springs in favor of some coilovers. Better ride and better handling. They are more expensive and require CC plates and new shocks and struts though. But if youre wanting to do those things anyways, i'd suggest the coilovers. Lower control arms are also a good upgrade to make as well to plant your tires on the ground better for handling or launching. Subframe connectors are definitely a MUST as our stock SFC's, like stated previously, SUCK!!! After that youre going to get into the serious suspension stuff like aftermarket k-member and a-arms, panhard bar or watts link, and torque arm. But i dont know if you wanna go that far.
