Wait I change my guess, since you are down what, 40 pounds? Weight reduction FTW. New guess is N/A 12.13 and 11.6 on juice.

Down 39 now! Until last night I had a hot date that wanted to meet me for a pizza and a pitcher. FML, I'm running all day today hahaha

I say N/A you are looking at 12.30 N/a and 11.48 with giggle gas. You can say Josh said so when you do it.

I'm starting to put some mass back on so I'm only down 35#'s now, but every little bit helps when it comes to reducing race weight. I can't believe how freakin' fast you are shedding it, congrats man!!!

good luck on the 1/2 marathon. I just ran a 10k today (it was 6.2 miles) so about half of a half marathon... I finished in 53 minutes not really good haha. theres a marathon here in 2 months but another 20 miles forget that! Let us know how it goes.
