That sucks, should defiantly give you he shipping money back. Not to rub it in, but I just ordered a part from American Muscle Fri. 02-19-10 @ 11:50am, and just got my confirmation email saying it was shipped Fri. 02-19-10 @ 3:35PM. Shoulda went with the tri-ax from them and you'd all ready have your S/T. j/k. You have a right to be upset, I know I would be.

+1 got my sfcs in a day with free shipping! cant beat that.

But you live no further than 2 hours from AM...lol and yea, with these freak snow storms, things have been hectic for companies. But MGW makes a quality product and they have professional customer service, which they have no displayed. I wouldnt start a thread bashing customer service of a company until i would have the chance to present my case to them and see what their response is. if its better than what i could have hoped for, then praise...but i would never post something bad about a company until you give them a chance to fix it.

Just to make me happy and keep my business, all shipping was refunded.

I was actually blown away by this. Now that is customer service. I was wrong, but they still treated me like I was right!!
