Yes the black bullitts are cleared as well. My clear is f*ckin oxidizing SOMEHOW and i drove for maybe 5000 miles and took them off in the snow/salt for winter months... i dont get it. But its only one wheel and it doesnt really bother me too much. It just shouldnt happen to a pretty much new wheel. I may be doing this technique to my new wheels who knows!

Great write up , they look great. Quick question , did you have the wheels up on the tire or laying flat ? Was wondering how bad the paint thinner would run and drip on the rim.

I had the wheels still on the car and had no problems with running really The paint thinner gives you plenty of time to wipe off if you have an accident. Aircraft stripper works alot better but is way less forgiving if you F up
