Thats funny, I have a open shopping cart at AmericanMuscle.com with a JLT CIA and SCT Programmer just waiting for me to press the checkout button.

After reading this thread, it raises even more questions I must have answered first. Won't jack this thread though.

Just thought ironic Im getting ready to buy the JLT, mostly because of the looks. But maybe, not now. Does look awesome though... When the hoods up...

The factory intake IS a CAI, and a pretty dang good one at that. There is no benefit to swapping your stock set up AT ALL. Iv consistantly data logged a RAI and the stock setup and a CAI to compare intake air temps(I had a densecharger system so you can go CAI to RAI whenver u want). The temps I data logged convinced me that spending the money on anything but an aftermarket filter...is pretty much literaly a waste of money.

Yeah, I never really noticed too much of a difference. It does a lot for underhood appeal though. Way I see it is you brag to have all this stuff done to it, then you pop the hood and there is the OEM plastic intake tube. Makes people outside the mustang world wonder wtf you are doing.

Well the guy that had the car before me put on a ****ty ebay Cold air intake and it is made out of plastic tube and has a crappy air filter. The steeda CAI is more appealing and is all around better then i what i have. And the Steeda CAI is brand new and he is wanting $100 so i cant pass it up.
