im currently looking into selling both my gt and my v6 in favor of an evo...easier to DD in an evo, especially since itll hit my goals with little modification and is AWD...prolly run 12's and maintain a warranty lol..unlike the stang where my next move is s/c or ill never be where id like to lol

well id be talkin like an intake, exhaust and bov for sound, lol, thats about it...i wouldnt bother messin with the turbo and all that like so many people do, just a few small mods and a tune to go with them, nothin crazy...those cars are in 12's with minimal mods and good driving..the real appeal is the AWD, this will be my last winter with the v6 stang and im not excited to be drivin the GT in the snow next year, i try to avoid doin the v6 in the snow to begin with...i also just enjoy the package of the evo, comes lookin the way i like it already, nice race seats...just all around good the way it is...a mustang gt needs to be modified too much to really keep me happy lol...sometimes its nice to enjoy something nearly stock rather than modified =/

id love a termi instead but i cant imagine that in the snow lol, one day...

the only thing im woried about is the insurance are thy really that much?

i heard the insurance is a bump up from a GT, like for me it wouldnt be a big deal cuz im payin insurance on 2 cars as it is, but im sure ull notice a difference lol...if nobody else chimes in ill ask my friend with an sti how much hes payin when i see him next

if i could afford it right now i would lol...need to pay the GT off a lil more before i can trade up...by the end of the summer i think id be good to go if i decide to go that route lol...but no, definately do not have the money right now

Insurance on those is quite a bit higher than your gt is. A lot of 17-18 yr olds grab a hold of them thinking their john force mixed with Tanner Foust and wreck em.

Before you pull the trigger on the STI, look at the Speed3's. They are much cheaper and really quick. You can pick up an 09' for a good deal. Insurance should not be too bad on the Mazda.

Ewwwwwwwwww....speed 3 is like a different league..and ugly IMO.. If he's thinkin sti than he's either gonna want that or an evo...those are the only 2 cars to compare to each other.. If that's wat he wants than he's just gonna have to be prepared to get hammered by insurance lol
