I'm gonna run them with isolators, I have 245/45/17's. I have Caster/Camber plates too. Am I going to have issues with allignment or bad camber? Suspension is otherwise factory (shocks/struts/etc)

Thanks guys

i got an alignment right after i installed my springs, shocks, and c/c plates. everyone told me that my stock shocks wouldnt last long with that much of a drop so i bought schocks and struts, and just recently found out that my buddy with the same springs is still running his stock shocks and struts. although every car is different.

Yup, you'll need an alignment for sure. Probably a bumpsteer kit as well with that drop. I also did poly offset rack bushings, but I'm not sure how necessary they are. As long as your current shocks n' struts are still in good shape, you'll be fine for a while. I've got about 25K on my stock shocks/struts since the drop (about 2 1/2 years ago), but I'm sure that when I get around to getting new ones I'll kick myself for taking so long.
