Best I have done before suspension work was a 14.01 @ 9x.xx mph. It sucks, the only thing I can beat is rice and that is like having a retarded girlfriend.

dimebag has some suspension, 4.10s, canned SCT tune, drop in k&n, o/r x pipe and weld in mufflers and hes clicking 13.0s @ 104

Thats basically NO power mods.... its all about the 60' fellas

Great advice on the early 3-4 shift. I noticed a the lack of power there when I first drove my car. Always felt like it just fell off!

I have been talking to a few guys, and it sounds like there is some serious tuning required. The tune I have been running is a base file that was generated to break in the new motor. I forgot that we never got the WOT dialed in since this tune wasn't set up for that, it was solely to correct for drivability issues with my new cams while the engine was being broken it. I had the tune done a year or so ago and totally forgot about it. I'll be taking a tip to the dyno shop and doing some tuning and hopefully I'll get some more track time this weekend with better results. I feel retarded now. I just checked the A/F ratio when WOT and it goes up to like +14/1 in the mid-upper rpm range......horrible for power.

So maybe I'm not the worst driver in the world...LOL
