Default Do your C/C plates make noise?

Ok, i had a set of UPR billet C/C plates with my current struts and they were noisy as hell. I talked to UPR, I sent the old ones back and they sent me a new set for free. Im choosing to sell them because I've been advised by members and vendors alike that for the style suspension I'm going to be running(coilovers) will probably require or it is advised to use 4 bolt C/C plates. I was going to use MM C/C plates, but since mostly all the aftermarket C/C plates are the same essential design, using a metal bearing instead of rubber bushing, do any of you have problems with noise with your C/C plates, more specifically the MM C/C plates??? Please discuss. I've never heard any complaints about it, but i thought that i would ask.

Had a bud who was in your situation. Had a set of UPR C/C plates noisy as hell, sent em' back for another set and same thing. UPR uses cheap bearings and that was the noise problem. Sold them and went with MM plates

For coil overs you need a 4 bolt CC plate like MM.. So do the change now if you are getting CO's

Ok, I was going to go with the MM c/c plates when i do my coilovers, but that will be when i do the coilovers. Im fine for now without them. I just wanted to make sure that they didnt make noise like my UPR's did.
