I try and do one burn out a week , now that I have new tires coming I will probably down that to twice a month. I mash the throttle every safe and clear chance I get tho.

No I don't beat the crap out of it, but I do get on it from time to time. I do not DD mine so I usually only drive in may-sept.

I bounce off the rev limiter several times daily while going to work and back, downshifting to pass.

In 800 miles I have hit the rev limiter twice-no tire spinning etc. Lotsa polish/wax though.

I turn the tach gauge red at least once a day (under load and briefly). Change the oil and filter on a regular schedule and no problems on any car i've ever owned....I think it actually keeps the motor running strong.
