thanks for all the help guys!! Im from New Boston which is right outside of Romulus but im stationed in South Korea. So when I go home I want to have some fun tearing the streets up lol.
deff do long tubes, catted x and magnapacks. my friends dad has that on his new Mach 1 and wow, that thing is easily the best sounding car ive ever heard
If you don't get greedy then your stock motor will last a long time supercharged. Most of the tuners I've talked to say go no higher than 370-380 rwhp on a daily driver. Thats around 425-440 hp at the crank. That sure beats 260 doesn't it.) I put my ProCharger on at 80,000 miles almost three years ago. The car now has 138,000 miles. During the three years the only repairs I've had is to change the rear brakes and a front wheel bearing (hub assembly). Upgrades don't count. As far as I know the motor is still sound. It uses less than 1/2 quart of oil between 5000 mile oil changes.
^5000 mile oil changes?! Thats nuts!!! I dont even have a blower and i change mine every 3000 miles...lol. Op, just supercharge the thing and have fun. Then the next mod you should look into is a new block and set that as your goal that way if you do happen to blow it you were already saving for it so you at least have some money for it up front.
