98 vert rear seat belts
Hi everyone, first time post here so be gentle ok? Just started to repair and replace interior items on my '98 gt vert that I picked up last month. I noticed that the driver side rear seat belt is stuck like a fat man in a little jacket. The haynes repair manual has 0 info on how to get to it for fixing or replacement. Any info or suggestions would be great. Thx for the help with my first 'stang.
