Smile Upgrading the 8.8!!!

Well last year, right before i put the ol' girl away for winter, i thought it would be cool to do a burnout in reverse in front of some of my buddies. well, it was pretty cool, until i heard a big bang and the wheels stopped spinning, lol. needless to say i just got done ordering a ford racing 31 spline differential, 31 spline moser axles, wheel studs, bearings and seals, gear install kit, (and a new throttle position sensor) from summit racing. i'm hoping to get the rear pulled out on saturday after work, and get it to a guy down the road that builds rears (the only thing i wont do myself on my car). in the mean time i'll be changing a rear main seal, possibly a new clutch, and tapping out a header bolt hole on the head to get rid of that damn tapping sound from the leak. i'm figuring she'll be down for about 3-4 weeks, but back better than ever! :-D then she's going in to get the new hood painted :-D
